In our rental market roundup we take a look at listings available in and around the neighborhood. Any listings for which we are paid to promote will be clearly noted. Our aim is to keep an eye on inventory and prices in the neighborhood and present our fellow Hudson Yardies with a potential place to call home.

  1. Up first is a 2 BR/2 BA at Emerald Green located 320 West 38th Street (btwn 8th and 9th Ave), a Glenwood development. Although this is a no-fee isting, it doesn’t come cheap at $6,191/month. Even though pictures of the actual apartment were not availabe, we will just go ahead and assume it is in very good condition with top of the line finishes and appliances. In return for the pricey rent the building does boast amenities like a pool, children’s play area, gym, and movie theatre.

  1. This newly renovated one bedroom at 600 10th Ave (Corner of 43rd Street) is a relative bargain at $1,975/month. Measuring at 550 square feet, it is in a walk-up no-frills building but it’s on a lively block with bars and restaurants.
