The wait is over. Neiman Marcus has chosen New York-based Janson Goldstein LLP as the design firm for the Neiman Marcus store at Hudson Yards. Mark Janson, cofounder of Janson Goldstein, speaking with WWD said that the flagship store will be “a vital and exciting retail, fashion and cultural landmark.”

Janson Goldstein is the same team that has created spaces for Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey, Saks Fifth Avenue and Salvatore Ferragamo, amongst others. They also do extensive work with residential, hospitality and retail.

The 215,000-sq.-ft. Neiman’s flagship, is scheduled to open in fall 2018 and will anchor the complex’s Shops and Restaurant area. It will be the luxury retailer’s first location in New York City.
