The Real Deal Magazine, NYC’s go-to real estate publication, has inked a deal of their own reports the New York Post.
The Real Deal will be calling 450 West 31st Street their new headquarters having purchased space in the commercial co-op for $8.5 million, at $739 a square foot. They will also spend $1 million toward renovations which will be designed by Brooklyn-based Mesh Architectures.
450 West 31st Street, is a 12 story building located between 9th and 10th Avenues, closer to 10th Avenue and sandwiched against the entrance to the Lincoln Tunnel. The building is also home to Evergreene Architectural Arts, Studio 450, Sun West Studios, Good Light Studio, MetroMotion and a number of other creatively-inclined businesses.
